What About You? (Sunday Quick Questions #39)

We answer ‘quick questions’ here on I Tripped Over a Stone on Sundays.

Why?

Because… I blog. I get sick of me. I want to hear from you!

Don’t think, just answer!

1. What does your ideal morning look like?

2. Three words that describe your intention? (Your ‘code words’ for how you live this life of yours.)

3. What one person, place OR thing do you really, really dislike?

  1. Coffee and a protein-rich blueberry muffin! Good Morning America on the TV. A cozy blanket and my dogs snoring at my feet. It is the simple things… new PJs help as well!
  2. Living with intention… my 3 words are; kind, empathetic, and faithful.
  3. I really, really dislike ‘mean’ people. I had a bumper sticker on my car for MANY years that said, “Mean People Suck.” Such an energy zapper!

  1. It’s handy I see these on Sunday’s when I’m taking a food break.
    1. Waking up at midday.
    2. A difficult one, maybe ‘I’m not sure’.
    3. Trump, Boris or things made of plastic. Not sure – again. Today probably Boris but that might change by tomorrow but that won’t mean I don’t still hate him.

    1. Hello George! Midday wake ups. Man. I think I remember sleeping until midday… that was glorious! “I’m not sure” works. There are no wrong answers! Trump. Well you are in the majority. He does what he promised he’d do when he was elected. Can’t fault him for that. I don’t want to be his friend tho! Boris makes another appearance! What is up with that guy??? He must be bad. Plastic. I hate fake fur. Must be kinda the same!

Glad you take time on your food break to answer my questions. It starts my Sunday’s out great! Appreciate you!😊💫

  2. Sunshine and washing day. I like seeing the waning going round while I have a cup of tea. Our front loading washing machine is in the kitchen. Then hanging the washing outside in the garden with the birds singing and checking my flowers.

  3. 1. No pain, my kind of coffee, snuggling with someone I love with no plans for the day so I am free to set the pace and places I may or may not go!

    2. Laugh as much and as often as I can.
Be kind to everyone I meet. Don’t assume anything.

    3. Mean, negative, rude people – period.

  5. I like slow starts. Laid-back and calm. Music, coffee and my blog.

Pride, determination, your secret will be burried with me.

Mean, nasty, aggessive people, people with no sense of humor, those who never cry and think they are perfect or always right.

  6. This was great Kim! I really enjoyed reading your answers!
    1. My ideal morning would start off slow and allow me to become a lot more awake, completely unlike my Monday-Friday mornings!
    2. Love, kindness and equal.
    3. The one person in this world that I have never met, but dislike more than words can describe is Donald Trump. I hope this doesn’t offend anyone and I am sorry if it does.

I hope you have a great week and you are feeling well! Take care sweetie!!

  7. 1. Awake at 5, bounding from the sheets with energy and purpose. Fresh coffee ready. Catch up on social media and blog responses, then catch up on some of my favorite blogs. Reading from a good book for a bit or writing for myself or others. Balance the finances. After that third cup and all the comp work I take my dogs for a walk around Mary Lake, individually or two at a time. We’re not at three at a time yet. I get the lawns done next (my ideal morning is a day off) and then a shower before I start on afternoon errands. My garage is clean and organized.

    2. Delight in life.

    3. Donald J Trump, of course. The king of mean is the king of suck.

    1. Ideal morning… honestly I’m good with the fact that I woke up for now
    2. My intention- If I can’t leave this world a better place to live, then at least I hope not to cause too much damage
    3. I don’t really HATE anyone. I am however, very quick to remove people from my life that annoy me too much.

  9. oops, will try again. where does Fibromyalgia fit into this segment? was intriqued by the segment title, “I tripped over a stone” Reading comments/replies from a moderator. Don’t quite understand tags? Trying to learn about blogging. Think you asked about three words to describe our likes or what we think of ourselves: making new friends, growing and learning, oh yes, coffee in am. Am dismayed with people who are stagnent not willing to grow and learn new things.

    1. Hello! I’m a Fibromyalgia blogger… unfortunately, I am Fibro. I’ve had it for over 20 years. It gets a bit dull just writing about myself so I write about all sorts of things as well! Because my friend, I’m definitely more than Fibro!😊 So, on Sunday’s I get to learn about YOU! Yay! Other days, a bit about Fibro… a story, maybe a poem or a cool song. I Tripped Over a Stone is the name of my blog. My posts, are all different. My menu items, have additional information pertaining to Fibromyalgia as well.

      I love your interest!

Fun part! I get to read your answers for this post, “What About You” Friends, learning, and coffee. I like your answers. I agree ‘dismayed’ is a good word for others who do not grow.

I’ll pop over and check out your blog! I see you’ve just begun. How exciting! 😊
