My Brother, the Soldier.

On this Veteran’s Day, I remember the men and women who have fought for us and celebrate those that are still with us. Those who fought for the Flag of the United States of America. Those who defend our constitution and ensure our inalienable rights to live as free Americans are upheld. I honor those presently in service, retired from service and lost during service. May God’s blessings be upon you.

On this day, I remember my brother, who came to this country at the age of nine from a South Korean Orphanage to live with his forever family. He loved being an American Citizen! We learned there would be no changing his mind, he wanted to and would serve his country. He was proud to be an American Soldier.

With pride.
